Alex Leeb Files

Resource Contributor, Translator & Mentor

Alex Leeb has been a part of the DVHH project since the beginning and we consider him our "resident father of information."  Being fluent in English and German, he has translated numerous items for the project, from cultural to historical information and is instrumental in project correspondence with our German speaking associates.  Alex is a man of means and can make a connection with just about anyone.  Alex was born in Banat and we've been showered with many of his Donauschwaben cultural and lifestyle stories.

Besides being a Resource Contributor and a Mentor, Alex is an member of the DVHH Administration Team, one of the Banat Regional Coordinators and the DVHH Mail List Administrator, which is not always easy.  Our mail list subscribers are fortunate to have him looking after us!

You can see, Alex has numerous contributions to the DVHH and associated villages.  Although his expertise is Banat, he provides us with much more.

In 2005, Alex initiated and continues to coordinate our Letters From the Homeland - Translation Assistance Program.  Check it out, you may find a connection!

Alex has been very generous with his time and contributions to the DVHH project, which generations to come will enjoy and appreciate.  Thank you Alex!
